Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Single QR account and data, whether or not you currently have the app open.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open Single QR and sign in with the Google account linked to your Single QR account.
  2. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar to open the account menu.
  3. Select "Delete Account" from the menu.
  4. Review the confirmation screen and click "Permanently Delete My Account".
  5. You may be asked to sign in again to confirm your identity before the deletion completes.

If you are already signed in, you can also delete your account directly below.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile, including your name, email, and profile photo.
  • All QR codes you have created, both temporary and permanent, and their redirection links.
  • Your scan history and analytics associated with those QR codes.

What may be retained

Purchase and transaction records processed through RevenueCat, Google Play, or the Apple App Store may be retained by those providers in accordance with their own policies and applicable financial/tax regulations, even after your Single QR account is deleted. Deletion is typically processed immediately; in rare cases it may take up to 30 days to fully propagate across our systems.
