Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Single QR (the "Service"), operated by Nevronus ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Single QR lets you generate QR codes that redirect scanners to platform-specific destinations (for example, the Google Play Store or Apple App Store), customize the appearance of those QR codes, view scan analytics, and access a history of the QR codes you have created.

2. Accounts

To create and manage QR codes, you must sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. QR Code Validity: Temporary vs. Permanent

Every QR code you generate is temporary by default and remains valid for 30 days from its creation date. Once a temporary QR code expires, it will no longer redirect scanners and may be removed from your account. You may upgrade a QR code to permanent status through an in-app purchase processed via RevenueCat. A permanent QR code will continue to function indefinitely, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and to the QR code not being deleted from your account.

We do not guarantee that a temporary QR code will remain active for the full 30-day period in the event of a service disruption, and we are not liable for any consequences of a QR code expiring or becoming inactive.

4. Payments & Billing

Purchases that make a QR code permanent are processed through RevenueCat in conjunction with the applicable app store (Google Play Billing or Apple App Store) or supported payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase, as well as the terms of the relevant app store or payment processor. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or by the policies of the platform through which you paid (for example, Google Play or Apple's refund policies). We do not directly process or store your payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes that redirect to illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content, including malware or phishing pages.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Distribute spam, or use the Service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or to our systems.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to disable or remove any QR code, and to suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the destination links, images, and customizations you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the Service, including generating and rendering your QR codes. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and underlying technology, is owned by Nevronus and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and RevenueCat for purchase processing. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the account menu after signing in, or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page. Deleting your account will permanently remove your QR codes and account data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevronus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss resulting from a QR code expiring or becoming unavailable.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nevronus from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
